The Process

  • Easily book an appointment through my site. Prior to the scheduled consultation, gather any existing medical documents that you may have, and organize your thoughts regarding your condition.

  • During the consultation, we will go into the history of your condition, and then I will ask you to do a series of movements and exercises on camera. Following this, I will diagnose your condition, and prescribe a series of exercises to help you.

  • Following the consultation, I will also provide you a series of videos to watch to go along with your diagnosis. These videos will help you see how to properly do the prescribed exercises in order to reduce your risk of stress or injury.

  • Over the next month, you will be able to contact me in regards to any additional questions that you may have. This will also allow me to monitor your condition, and provide proactive feedback as needed.
